You might wonder how our process art and nature-based philosophy translates into the after school program. It means two things:

✔ We make art outdoors whenever the weather allows.

✔ In addition to the planned art activity of the day, we intentionally set up a variety of materials, art supplies, and sources of inspiration for children to follow their intuition and create their own masterpieces.

Our highly educated teaching artists gently guide and ask thoughtful questions to help expand each child's creativity.

✔ Free Pickup: We offer free pickup from local schools (PS 384, PS 78, Gantry View School) and bus stops within walking distance.

Single class 3hrs (2:30pm - 5:30pm)

5-class pack for 7% discount

10-class pack for 14% discount

(Monthly unlimited is for access to all afterschool classes within a month)

Our pricing allows you to build your own semester at a discounted price, or you can purchase a single class and drop in anytime. If you prefer consistency, we have a monthly unlimited package just for you.

Sample Schedule

2:30–3:30: Pickup & snack

3:30–4:30: Art activity #1 (outdoors when possible)

4:30–4:45: Break and stretching (or walk back to the studio)

4:45–5:30: Art activity #2 (open stations)

We follow the NYC DOE calendar and offer afterschool programming on all days NYC public schools are in session.

  • For Parent:Teacher conference days when schools end around noon, we pick up kids when school ends without additional cost. 

  • What to bring:
    - nut-free snacks
    - water bottle

  • Lunch if it’s a parent-teacher day
