Birthday Parties

Xanh birthday parties are art-filled fun. Each celebration is tailored to your child’s interests because we believe that a little detail and personal touch can bring meaningful experiences.

Packages:

  • Package for 2-4yo: $780 | 2 hrs | up to 12 children

  • Package for 5-10yo: $980 | 2 hrs | up to 15 children

Party flow:

  • 30 minutes before party time: Parents can come to set up extra decorations

  • First 30 minutes: welcome guests, large-scale play

  • Middle 45 minutes: instructor-led activity

  • Last 45 minutes: food and cake (Xanh staff assists with food service)

  • 30 minutes after party time: wrap-up & clean-up

Booking & Payment

  • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date

  • Final guest count required Monday before party

  • Final payment is required on Monday before the party, based on confirmed attendance

Weather & Illness Policy

  • Cancellations accepted for severe weather or the birthday child’s illness

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability (not guaranteed)
