BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Xanh birthday parties are art-filled fun. Each celebration is tailored to your child’s interests, because we believe that a little detail and personal touch can bring meaningful experiences.  

Packages:

• Package for 2-4yo: $780 | 1.5hrs | up to 12 children

• Package for 5-10yo: $980 | 2hrs | up to 15 children

Package for 2-4yo: $780 | 1.5hrs | up to 12 children

• 1 art project

• 1 large-scale cardboard birthday cake with your child’s name and age

• 3 sensory stations

• Access to our regular large-scale structure and other stations

Party flow:

• 30 minutes prior to party time: Parents can come to set up extra decorations

• First 30 minutes: welcome guests, large-scale play

• Middle 30-60 minutes: instructor-led activity

• Last 30 minutes: food and cake (Xanh staff assists with food service)

• 30 minutes after party time: wrap-up & clean-up

What we provide:

• Instructor-led art activity

• Activity setup & clean-up

• Take-home creations

• 2 staff members

• Access to Wi-Fi, mini Bose speaker

• Access to a refrigerator

• Lighter

• Cooler

What you bring:

• Utensils, plates, napkins, cups

• Beverages (alcohol allowed)

• Food, dessert, snacks, ice

• Any extra décor (balloons, tablecloths, banners)

Booking & Payment

• A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date

• Final guest count required Monday before party

• Final payment is required Monday before party, based on confirmed attendance

Weather & Illness Policy

• Cancellations accepted for severe weather or birthday child’s illness

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Rescheduling is subject to availability (not guaranteed)

Other notes:

• $35 per additional child (max 25 children)

• 1 adult per child due to space limitation
