Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure a smooth experience for all, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Class Cancellation by Xanh:

If we need to cancel a class, all registered students will automatically receive a credit that can be used for another class at a time that works for you. Alternatively, a full refund is also available upon request.

2. Class Cancellation by customer:

You may choose from the following options if you need to cancel:

  • Transfer booking to a Sibling/Friend: 

You may request to transfer enrollment to a sibling or friend, free of charge.

  • Cancellation 14 Days or more before the class: 

You will be provided with a credit note. This credit note can be applied to any future class.

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

Please note that cancellations made less than 14 days before the class, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for refunds or credit.

4. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the class may not be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation (see our Late Cancellations policy).

  • Each booking can be rescheduled once.

5. How to Proceed with a cancellation or rescheduling:

  • We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we aim to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.

  • Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and flexibility for both Xanh and our valued participants. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines as we continue to provide enriching and enjoyable artistic experiences for all.
