Photography and Social

At Xanh, we love capturing the joy, creativity, and special moments that happen in our studio. We also respect the privacy of every child and family. This policy explains how we use photos and videos, and how you can control your preferences.

1. Purpose of Photography

Photographs and videos may be taken during classes, workshops, events, or exhibitions for the following purposes:

• To share highlights with parents and caregivers

• For use on Xanh’s website, social media, and promotional materials

• For studio documentation and display within our physical space
  

2. Consent

• Photo and video consent is requested from parents/guardians at the time of registration.

• You may opt in or out of photography at any time by contacting us at hello@xanh-space.com.

• If a family opts out, we ensure the child is not included in any shared or published photos.
  

3. Safe & Respectful Use

• Children’s full names are never published alongside their images.

• We do not tag, identify, or share personal information about any child on public platforms.

• Images are used thoughtfully to reflect the spirit and creativity of our studio while maintaining each child’s dignity and safety.
  

4. Internal Use

Photos may be used internally for classroom observation, training, and evaluation purposes. These are never shared outside of the Xanh staff team.

5. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw photo consent at any time. Upon request, we will stop using future images of your child and, where possible, remove existing ones from digital platforms
