Other Policies
1. Camp Permit Exception:
Xanh is a single-purpose youth program as defined in ARTICLE 48.
2. Drop-Off Procedures:
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to the start time of class or camp. If seeking earlier drop off time please book and register for EARLY DROP OFF at the respective location.
3. Late Pick-up Policy:
We have a grace period of 5’. After 5’, we will charge $25 for late pick-up.
4. Dress Code:
Children should dress appropriately for the activities scheduled. Be prepared to GET MESSY.
5. Personal Belongings:
Please put the child’s name on all articles of clothing, snack bags, bags, etc. Children should not bring toys, mobile phones, electronic devices, jewelry, money, or any possession of value with them to any of the programs. Children will be responsible for their belongings.
6. Strollers
Strollers are not permitted inside the studio due to space limitations. You are welcome to leave them outside or near the back entrance inside the gate. Xanh is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
7. Sick Child:
At Xanh, we prioritize the health and safety of all our participants. If your child is feeling unwell, we kindly ask that they refrain from attending the session to prevent the spread of illness and ensure a positive creative experience for everyone. Please see our guidelines below.
Note: For emergencies, 911 will be called and an incident report will be provided to the child’s parent/guardian.
Guidelines:
Health Precaution: If your child has a fever, contagious illness (such as a cold, flu, or stomach virus), or is showing symptoms like excessive coughing, sneezing, fatigue, vomiting, or diarrhea please keep them at home. We encourage you to seek medical advice if necessary. If such symptoms/illness is discovered while the child is present at a studio, Xanh will notify the child's parents/guardian as soon as possible. We will allow the child to rest until a caregiver/guardian comes to pick them up.
Notify Us: If your child is unable to attend a booked session due to illness, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make any necessary adjustments.
Return to Program: Children may return to Xanh once they are symptom-free for 24 hours and can fully participate in the activities.
8. Service Refusal Policy:
At Xanh, we are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all our participants. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group under certain circumstances. It is important to note that our refusal of service is never based on an individual's race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic recognized by applicable laws.
Reasons for refusal of service may include but are not limited to:
Safety Concerns: If we believe that an individual's participation in our gymnastics programs poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
Violation of Facility Rules: If an individual repeatedly violates our facility rules and regulations, compromising the safety and experience of others.
Failure to Comply: If an individual refuses to comply with our policies, instructions, or requests made by our staff members that are essential for the safe and efficient operation of our facility.
Non-Payment: If an individual consistently fails to make timely payments for our services or programs.
Unsportsmanlike Conduct: If an individual engages in unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, bullying, or any form of disruptive behavior towards other customers or staff.
